When people apply to be an employee, a self-employed independent contractor, extern, intern, or volunteer, we think the most important thing is for them to get to know us and for us to have an opportunity to get to know them. To do that in an efficient and effective way, we have a nine step Phase-In process. Each of the steps has things for the participants to learn, complete, and to "turn-in" to us. In this process we are looking to understand how you work, if you complete tasks in a timely manner, if you are thorough in what you do, in other words, information to let us know if you are a good "fit" for the way we work and interact. It will also give you, the applicant, a chance to determine if they believe they "fit" with our expectations and work flow.
